Hello. This site presents the documents written by S. Yoneda at VIRIONS LABORATORY to help modeling of virus particles (virions). Some of the practical programs have already been uploaded to the CAPLIB site [1] of Github. VIRIONS LABORATOR was founded in January, 2020. More documents and files will be uploaded.
The personal history of S. Yoneda (in English) and a brief introduction to geminivirus and old Japanese poetry (in Japanese) can be selected from the top menu now. The photo below shows the four plastic models of icosahedrally symmetric solids with different T-numbers created using one of the programs and a plastic model of rotavirus capsid made with widely used open-source programs.
